This was a minor bug repair and maintenance patch.

Patch notes are as follows:

1.) update to Grid View -> tab Visitor Pages Visited… If the feature for Visual Co-Browse is Not enabled a clickable link will be disaplayed for each of the pages visited

2.) Update to the main ChatStat menu View -> Moving Graph -> Reset Stat Data will no longer disappear after disconnecting and reconnecting

3.) In the ChatStat HTML snippet there is a variable for var chat=1; when changing this variable from var chat=1; to var chat=0; the live chat image will be hidden.

4.) Paid Feature Configuration (CONFIGURE BUTTONS) are more noticeable.

5.)  Every time an operator is created (other than the 1st), ask the user if they would like our system to send an ALERT EMAIL to the new operator. If they say yes, forward the USER/PASS to the USER NAME EMAIL.

6.) New Web Page Thumbnail added to improve Visual Co-Browsing. Prevents known issues using older versions of I.E. 6 on operator computer systems that may cause a crash of ChatStat.

7.) Update to AIM / Yahoo APIs.  AIM channels for Triton are now supported. Yahoo received minor bug fixes.

8) Changed setup to allow full trial or free usage or  FREE, as decided by the new user.

·         10) Added LOAD BEHIND HTML. For visitors or operators with low bandwidth connections, or in the unlikely event all ChatStat servers go off line at the same time, your web pages will now load without delay. This new HTML SNIPPET causes the content of your web page to load first, followed by the loading of the ChatStat chat icon.  This guarantees that your web page will never be delayed by ChatStat regardless of our  latency or uptime.

·         11) Strengthen Macintosh Browser support using detection and Flash. If a Macintosh computer is detected, our chat system switches to a FLASH version of our chat window, so that it is more compatible with the Macintosh browser that are now available.

ChatStat to employ new Flash Chat system for Macintosh browsers.

With the recent releases by Apple of the latest versions of Safari for MAC, some users experienced issues with being able to engage and/or continue in a java based conversation through the mac safari browser.

The solution to this issue has been found and is being implemented tonight. Our system will now actively identify the browser type, and if the MAC SAFARI browser is identified, adjust the content of the chat window to use MacroMedia Flash. This will allow for the Mac browser to correctly engage in and continue through out a chat of any length.

The fix for this issue is going live server side tonight. What this means is that the patch will be effective immediately on our servers, and you will not need to take any action to notice that is it repaired.

 Thank you.
