New Version around the corner. Biggest ever.

Just a few teasers…

1. you can log into as many accounts as you want simultaneously across both chatstat and all seven IMs.

2. Operators can be in more than one department at a time.

3. All systems will support offline messaging, operator to operator, and IM TO IM.

4. We will be adding support for CISCO PHONE SYSTEMS and VOIP DIALER

5. Completely new interface.

6. Highly optimized live chat system that will cut bandwidth usage, and increase speed.

7. IM integration using JABBER. We will be switching all IM SYSTEMS to the Jabber Opensource protocol where possible, to decrease the number of modules needed to be loaded, and add new functionality.

If you have any trouble restarting after the update, here are two solutions.

1. Reinstall ChatStat from http://downloads.chatstat.com/setup.exe

 2. Run the CSUPDATER.EXE program located in c:\p9rogramfiles\chatstat\

Patch 3.1.2.0 is now out.

 Changes:

1. Added a search panel to GRID VIEW to allow FILTERING of visitors
2. Added a more data intesive visitor info panel to GRID VIEW
a.) Users with Co-Browsing enabled will notice IMAGE TRAILS (so now you can visually see your visitor browsing your site)
b.) This panel includes alot more data about the user as well as a COUNTRY FLAG Visual notification.
3. Revamped the usage of icons throughout the application.
4. Revamped all FOD Configuration sections. Sections should be easier to use and load faster.
5. Added a new FOD called “Operator Productivity Graphs:Moving Graph FOD”.
6. Users are now able to configure SERVERS for: Google and Jabber connections. (In the settings->connections section).
7. ChatStat updater has been fixed for slow connections. (requires a redownload/reinstall of ChatStat: downloads.chatstat.com/setup.exe
8. Startup options that appear on the LOGIN panel when ChatStat starts is now also available to be configured in the settings->startup options section.
9. Affiliates install packs have all been updated and are now available via the affiliate section. Please login and retrieve your updated .exe’s.
10. LEC Language translation is now working as intended again.
11. Call Backs are now properly saved to the system when we perform maintence. Your call backs are no longer lost to the void

Geo IP tool is now fixed and improvied!

 You can now chat with people whom  you or others have spoken with, although it will warn you of the fact they have already spoken with somebody.

Lag that may occur in conversations over long distances, has now been resolved.
