- added local ip log file look up to IDENTIFY PREVIOUS VISITOR BY IP and load all previous conversations
- redesigned all FEATURES ON DEMAND configure buttons
- added 3 new operator productivity graphs which will be available as an upcoming FOD.
- Configurable Jabber and GoogleTalk server by IP.
